Grain Valley Schools

This program is open to children the year prior to entering kindergarten. Priority placement will be given to children who have completed a screening at the Early Childhood Center and demonstrate a need for preschool prior to entering kindergarten. This program is tuition based. Parents are responsible for providing their own transportation. You must have contacted the Early Childhood Center and been placed on their preschool enrollment list BEFORE filling out this form.

Welcome to Valley Kids and thank you for choosing our program for your family. Valley Kids is offered in a group setting, maintaining a 1:16 staff to student ratio. The program is designed to provide students with social, creative, recreational and life skill development. Valley Kids is an optional program held at each of our elementary schools. Within the program, students are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior. We offer before and after child care throughout the school year, including summer school. In addition, We have a Summer Program that is offered during the months of July and August. We also offer full day services on various non-school days, and some inclement weather days, dependent on the weather's severity, throughout the year.
